What you will need to get started on iPhone:

1. • iPhone 8 or later updated to iOS 16.1
   • To update your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
   • Identify your iPhone
   • Shop iPhone

• iPad, iPad Air, iPad Pro or iPad mini updated to iPadOS 16.1, and the Fitness app installed.
• Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K updated to tvOS 16.1

What you will need for personal metrics with Apple Watch:

1. • iPhone 6s or later updated to iOS 14.3
   • To update your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
   • Identify your iPhone
   • Shop iPhone
2. • Apple Watch Series 3 or later updated to watchOS 7.2
   • To update your Apple Watch, open the Watch app on your iPhone, then go to General > Software Update.
   • Identify your Apple Watch
   • Shop Apple Watch

• iPad Air 2 or later updated to iPadOS 14.3 and the Fitness app installed.
• Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K updated to tvOS 14.3 and the Fitness app installed.

To sign up for Apple Fitness+, go to the Fitness app on your iPhone and tap the Fitness+ tab.

• The Fitness app automatically appears on your iPhone after you first pair an Apple Watch, or when your iPhone is updated to iOS 16.
